Deploying a Mass Ingestion Specification

Deploying a Mass Ingestion Specification

Deploy a mass ingestion specification in the Mass Ingestion tool.
If you make changes to the available Data Integration Services or Hadoop connections, refresh your browser or log out and log back in to the Mass Ingestion tool.
  1. Browse to a mass ingestion specification in the Mass Ingestion tool.
    The
    Overview
     page for the mass ingestion specification appears.
    The following image shows the
    Deploy
     view:
    This image shows the Deploy view on the Overview page. In the Deploy view, there is an option to configure the Data Integration Service where you want to deploy the mass ingestion specification.
  2. In the
    Deploy
     view, select a Data Integration Service.
    The option to select a Hadoop connection appears.
  3. Select a Hadoop connection.
    The following image shows the option to select a Hadoop connection in the
    Deploy
     view:
    This image shows the Deploy view on the Overview page. The option to deploy the mass ingestion specification to a Data Integration Service is selected. The option to configure a Hadoop connection appears next to the selected Data Integration Service.
  4. Click
    Deploy
     to deploy the mass ingestion specification.
