System properties affect the configuration of

. You can use system properties to change how

B2B Data Exchange

operates and how it processes

documents

. The installer creates and initializes the system properties.

If you installed the Dashboard and Reports component, see Dashboard and Reports System Properties for a description of the dashboard and reports system properties.

If the system property name ends with

.password

B2B Data Exchange

stores the system property value as an encrypted string.
