The following table describes the

B2B Data Exchange

properties of the DX_Generate_Temporary_File transformation:

Property	Description
Do not use a temporary folder in the generated file path	Indicates whether to generate the file path within the temporary directory in the B2B Data Exchange document store, or to generate the file path directly in the regular documents directory. Select this option to increase performance for documents that PowerCenter passes by reference and eliminate the additional backup that the temporary directory provides. Select this option if you use the DX_Add_Document_To_Event transformation for an event with a document reference. Cleared by default.
Set the event status to Error if the transformation fails	Indicates whether to set the status of the event to Error when the transformation generates an error. Selected by default.
