Installing the Bloomberg Library

Installing the Bloomberg Library

Before you create a Bloomberg service, you must install the Bloomberg library, and then restart the Developer tool.
If you are running a previous version, you can update the library from this release 10 .ZIP file, following the Installing Libraries steps in the
Data Transformation Libraries Guide
.
  1. To install the library, copy the Bloomberg library .ZIP file to your local file system and unzip the file.
  2. From the unzipped folder, copy the file
    Bloomberg_PS_Import.tgp
     to the directory
    <Install_Dir>\<version>\clients\DT\autoInclude\system
    .
  3. Copy the folder
    CmInternal_Bloomberg
     to the directory
    <Install_Dir>\<version>\clients\DT\bin\internalServices
    .
