Workflow permissions control who can access the workflow.

Data Integration Hub
administrator creates categories and assigns categories to user groups to determine the users that have permissions to view, edit, and delete workflows. When you create or edit a workflow, you can select categories for the workflow. If you select categories for a workflow, only users that belong to user groups that have at least one of the categories that you select have permissions for the workflow. If you don't select categories for a workflow, all users have permissions for the workflow.
