Configure the PowerCenter Integration Service. Copy the dvoct.jar file to the PowerCenter Integration Service machine and configure the location of the file in the Administrator tool.

Configure PowerCenter Client properties. Perform the following tasks in the PowerCenter Client:

Create a target folder in the Repository Manager to store data validation metadata.
Create a connection in the Workflow Manager to the Data Validation Option repository.

Configure Data Validation Client preferences. Configure the following global settings in the Data Validation Client:

Create the Data Validation repository.
Configure mapping properties.
Enable authentication.

Add the PowerCenter repository to the Data Validation Client.

Configure environment variables.
