Work with your system administrator to verify that the Microsoft SQL Server database user is a valid user in the Microsoft Active Directory domain.

Install the SQL Server Native Client 2012 (SNAC) on the machine where the PowerCenter Integration Service runs.

Install MIT Kerberos v5 client libraries on the machine where the PowerCenter Integration Service runs.
