{DTLMODELDCB=} Escape Sequence

SEQ targets only. Represents a z/OS DDNAME that provides the RECFM, LRECL, and DSORG attributes when a file is dynamically allocated.
DTLMODELDCB provides the ability to allocate a new sequential file with the same properties as an existing one that might have been created in an earlier step.
