Review messages in the log files on the remote PowerExchange client system to determine the cause of the timeout. You can also increase the TCPIP_ACT_TIMEOUT value in the PWX Override connection setting, or you can delete the TCPIP_ACT_TIMEOUT entry or set it to -1 to disable activity timeouts.
