Failed to enable SQL Server publishing for database '
database_name
'.
When you tried to create the first capture registration for a Microsoft SQL Server source table, PowerExchange failed to enable SQL Server publishing for transactional replication of source data from the publication database.
PowerExchange does not create the capture registration, and transactional-replication publishing remains disabled for the SQL Server publication database.
Manually enable transactional-replication publishing for the SQL Server publication database by using the SQL Server sp_replicationdboption procedure or by using SQL Server Management Studio. Then try to register the source table again in the PowerExchange Navigator or with the DTLUCBRG utility.
