PowerExchange Express CDC for Oracle encountered a registration for an Oracle system table of the type MAPPING or OVERVIEW, which is associated with an index-organized table (IOT). Oracle reserves these system tables for use by the IOT base table. PowerExchange Express CDC cannot capture change data from these system tables if they are accidentally registered for change data capture.
The PowerExchange call fails.
Register the IOT base table for change data capture.
