Step initialization exit IEFUSI set limit
number
bytes.
The z/OS user step initalization exit IEFUSI was deployed. It set the extended memory limit for the address space where the PowerExchange Listener runs to the specified number of bytes. This limit matches the extended memory limit that is reported in megabytes in message PWX-0647.
Processing continues with the reduced memory.
Informatica recommends that you do not use IEFUSI exits to limit PowerExchange Listener memory. Although such exits were once important, they're now less useful. PowerExchange Listener processing works well in address spaces that have 1500 MB of memory.
