Sending the License Management Report in an Email

Sending the License Management Report in an Email

You must configure the SMTP settings for the domain before you can send the License Management Report in an email.
The domain administrator can send the License Management Report in an email from Send License Management Report page in the Administrator tool.
  1. Enter the following information:
    Property
    Description
    To Email
    Email address to which you send the License Management Report.
    Subject
    Subject of the email.
    Customer Name
    Name of the organization that purchased the license.
    Request ID
    Request ID that identifies the project for which the license was purchased.
    Contact Name
    Name of the contact person in the organization.
    Contact Phone Number
    Phone number of the contact person.
    Contact Email
    Email address of the contact person at the customer site.
  2. Click OK.
    The Administrator tool sends the License Management Report in an email.
