This error message is issued by the Data Vault Loader when it cannot locate the file containing the data to be imported.
Make sure that the file name specified on the first line of the import specification file is preceded by an “at” sign (@). Also, if the file is not located in the current working directory, make certain that the file name specification contains the correct path specification.
