Returned by the loader when attempting to create or process an encrypted SCT file using an invalid encryption/decryption key in the ssa.ini file. Note that the key must be in a hexadecimal format, containing a mix of numeric digits (0-9) and alphabetic characters A-F (not case sensitive).
