Client Machine Requirements

Verify that the machines from which users access Data Archive meet the requirements.

Operating System: Verify that the client machine has one of the following 32-bit Windows operating systems:
Windows 7
Vista Business or Enterprise SP1
XP Pro SP2
Windows 2008
Windows 2003
Browser: Verify that the client machine has one of the following browsers:
Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0
Google Chrome 30.x
Verify that the browser has the following settings:
Javascript enabled
Popup windows allowed
Java: Install Java Development Kit (JDK) SE 8.
To download JDK, go to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html.
Other: Verify that the client machine is connected to the network.
