Use Zendesk Connector to connect to Zendesk from Application Integration. With the
Zendesk connection, you can read data from Zendesk and write data back to Zendesk. Additionally,
you can use it to integrate data with other applications and databases.
You can perform CRUD operations, such as create, read, update, and delete, on existing
Zendesk resources, such as Tickets, Accounts, Organizations, and Custom Objects.
You can also perform actions, such as creating, deleting, retrieving, and updating
objects.
After you create a Zendesk connection, you can validate, test, and save the connection.
You can then publish the Zendesk connection and click the
Metadata
tab
to view the generated process objects for the connection.
