Managing Drafts

Customer 360 deprecates its legacy draft creation capability and uses the draft creation capability from Multidomain MDM. Before you upgrade to
Multidomain MDM 10.4 HotFix 3
, ensure that the Customer 360 users submit their drafts. During upgrade, you can select to permanently delete all drafts.
After you upgrade to
Multidomain MDM 10.4 HotFix 3
, you cannot retrieve the draft records.
