Customizable Resources and Components

Customizable Resources and Components

You can customize the Customer 360 components and resources based on your specific business needs.
You can perform the following customizations:
  • Customize the Customer 360 user interface and dashboard components.
  • Customize the predefined charts on the Customer 360 home page.
  • Add columns to base object tables, lookup tables, and relationship tables.
  • Remove fields from the user interface layout for an existing business entity.
  • Modify the properties of a field. For example, enable a field as searchable, required, read only, or sortable.
  • Add a business entity.
  • Add or modify business entity views.
  • Add or modify hierarchy and network relationships.
    You cannot delete an existing hierarchy or network relationship.
  • Modify triggers, tasks, and templates.
    You cannot delete an existing trigger, task, or template.
After you upgrade, you can restore the customization from the
c_repos_co_cs_config
and
c_repos_component_instance
repository tables.
