Step 2. Create a User

Step 2. Create a User

Create a user that you can use to create and access the
Identity Resolution
tables and database objects. IBM DB2 UDB uses the external authentication mechanism, so you can use the operating system to create the user.
By default,
Identity Resolution
uses the load utility of IBM DB2 UDB to move large quantities of data into newly created tables. You must have the SYSADM or DBADM authority to run the load utility.
The following table describes the authorities that you must grant the user:
