Used to convert 8 byte keys (from server) to 5 byte keys (for client).

keys8	block of 8 byte keys to be converted
keys5	block of 5 byte keys (output)
rsp	Refer to the Common Parameters section
ssaMsg	Refer to the SSA-NAME3 Error Messages section

negative for error, 0 for success
