explain_data	Returns the match report.
score	'A’ meaning ’Accept’. The score is greater than or equal to the accept limit for the specified match purpose and match level. 'U’ meaning ’Undecided’. The score is between the accept limit and reject limit for the specified match purpose and match level. 'R’ meaning ’Reject’. The score is less than or equal to the reject limit for the specified match purpose and match level.
decision	’A’ meaning ’Accept’. The Score is above the Accept Limit for the specified Purpose and Match Level.
