Parameters

sockh	This is the socket to use for the call
session	Refer to the Common Parameters section
rsp	Refer to the Common Parameters section
ssaMsg	Refer to the SSA-NAME3 Error Messages section
suggest_idx	Specifies the suggestion from which to retrieve information
field_length	An array containing the length of each cass address field
