Configuring Encoding for Match Processing

To enable processing of UTF-8 characters during matching, edit the Process Server settings.
  1. Use a text editor to open the following file:
    <MDM Hub Installation Directory>\hub\cleanse\resources\cmxcleanse.properties
  2. Manually add the following setting: 
    cmx.server.match.server_encoding = 1
