Specify the following parameters for a new file import in the request body.

Operational Reference Store database ID to import the new file into.

Optional. File ID of the imported file. Use this option if you are updating existing records.
mappingID

Optional. Mapping ID of the imported file. Use this option if you are updating a previously imported file.

Optional. Name of the system user who imports the file.
