In an environment that uses Red Hat JBoss EAP 7.3, you must set a system property that prevents REST API authentication failures of business entity service requests that do not contain required credentials due to truncated cookie values.

Open the
standalone.conf
file:
On UNIX.
< JBoss installation directory >/bin/standalone.conf
On Windows.
< JBoss installation directory >\bin\standalone.conf.bat
Configure the following option:
Dio.undertow.legacy.cookie.ALLOW_HTTP_SEPARATORS_IN_V0
Set to
true
to set the property as a system property. Default is
false
.

To launch ActiveVOS administration page and log in successfully, you must use one of the followings URLs:

Secure connections.
https://<hostname:port>/activevos/home.action
Non-secure connections.
http://<hostname:port>/activevos/home.action
