Using the Merge Manager Screen to Merge Records

The Merge screen is divided horizontally into three main sections.
Section
Description
Unmerged / On hold
Lists the records that are queued for merging—either unmerged records or records that you have flagged as being on hold.
Matched data
Lists the matches for the record selected in the top section.
Cell data
Lists which cell values will be kept in the consolidated record after you click the Merge button.
When you sort in Merge Manager, you are sorting the current page of data—not the entire data set.
The Reload button
re-executes
the same query as the one configured in the Setup Merge button.
