Verify the Upgrade Paths

Version 10.5 HotFix 4 Service Pack 1 is a service pack that you can apply to version 10.5 HotFix 4.
You can install 10.5 HotFix 4 if the machine does not have MDM services installed.
If you have a version of MDM older than 10.5 HotFix 4, you can first upgrade to 10.5 HotFix 4 from the following previously installed MDM versions and then apply the10.5 HotFix 4 Service Pack 1:
  • 10.4 including any hotfix
  • 10.5 including any hotfix
