Generating a CSM Report

Use the Configuration Support Manager (CSM) tool to generate a CSM report, which can be used to help troubleshoot MDM Hub issues. You can view the report in a text editor.
  1. Confirm that the port numbers for the Hub Server and the Process Server are correct.
  2. Select the environment type for which you generate a report.
  3. If you want to capture the sizing parameters for the environment, select
    Include Environment Sizing
    .
  4. Click
    Collect CSM
    .
    The CSM tool generates an XML report for each server.
  5. To download the report locally, click
    Download File
    .
  6. Optionally, click
    Upload File
    to upload the CSM report to Informatica Global Customer Support.
