Configure a Grid that Runs Jobs in the Service Process

Configure a Grid that Runs Jobs in the Service Process

When a Data Integration Service grid runs web service requests, an administrator configures the Data Integration Service to run jobs in the service process. An administrator configures the Data Integration Service in the Administrator tool.
An administrator creates a grid for the web service jobs and assigns the Data Integration Service to the grid. The administrator configures the Data Integration Service to run jobs in the service process and configures load balancing. The administrator can also configure Data Integration process properties on each node and the compute properties for the execution Data Transformation Manager (DTM).
