In the PowerExchange Navigator, create a capture registration for each source table.
In the
Condense
list, select
Part
or
Full
, unless you have a specific reason not to do so. This practice prevents having to change the capture registrations later if you decide to use PowerExchange Condense. For more information about creating capture registrations, see the
PowerExchange Navigator User Guide
.
The PowerExchange Navigator generates a corresponding extraction map. Optionally, you can also create a data map if you want to perform field-level processing.
For each capture registration, set the
Status
field to
Active
.
Usually, this step is done after materializing the targets.
Next, configure extraction sessions to run in real-time extraction mode.
