The PowerExchange Logger for Linux, UNIX, and Windows failed to delete the specified file because of an EACCESS error. On UNIX systems, EACCESS can indicate a permissions error. On Windows systems, EACCESS can indicate a read‑only file.
The application ends abnormally.
If a permissions problem exists, correct it. Then manually delete the file.
