Steplib is not APF authorized
The z/OS STEPLIB is not APF-authorized.
You cannot access named tokens or create and delete ECSA memory unless the STEPLIB is APF-authorized. PowerExchange uses ECSA memory to store the time when the data maps were last updated.
Processing aborts.
Complete one of the following steps:
  • APF-authorize all libraries in the STEPLIB.
  • Disable caching for data maps by configuring the number of maps to zero.
  • Use the single job configuration, which configures no netport jobs.
