Troubleshooting a Refresh Request

Troubleshooting a Refresh Request

If you encounter a problem while using Data Replication, review the following list of previously reported issues and their solutions before contacting Informatica Global Customer Support.
An incorrect library name was specified in a SNDPWXJRNE *DLTLIB request. The library exists but is not a deleted library.
The *DLTLIB request blocks capture processing for the incorrect library. In this case, you must complete the following steps:
  1. End the CDC sessions that process the table in the incorrect library in the SNDPWXJRNE request.
  2. Rematerialize the targets.
  3. Restart the CDC sessions.
  4. Ensure that the correct library exists and its table is journaled.
  5. Submit the SNDPWXJRNE request again with the correct library name.
Error message PWX-06812 was issued.
PWX-06812 Extraction encountered user journal entry with type code
code
during processing with journal time
timestamp
and sequence
sequence_number
but entry is not in expected format.
This error might be caused by using journal entry type codes for SNDPWXJRNE requests that are not unique. The entry type codes might be in use by another application. Use the AS400USRJRNCODE statement in the DBMOVER member to define other journal entry type codes for SNDPWXJRNE add library and delete library requests.
