[ERROR] Could not apply the ADD PRIMARY KEY operation because the target table already contains a primary key.
An error occurred when the Applier tried to apply the ADD PRIMARY KEY operation from the source to the target. The target table that is specified in the DDL statement already contains a primary key.
Set the apply.skip_all_failed_ddl runtime parameter to 1 to skip the failed DDL operation and continue Applier processing.
