Adding Multiple Sites to a Single WebLogic Domain

Adding Multiple Sites to a Single WebLogic Domain

To create a new PIA configuration, a new WebLogic domain may be created, or a new PeopleSoft site may be added to an existing WebLogic domain. The advantage of this latter solution is, running an additional JVM on the production server will not be necessary.
We will assume that the PIA for the production environment has already been created and its URL is:
http://web.applimation.com/CRM890/signon.html
And the JOLT port being used is 9000. Run the installer until you reach the following screen:
In this screen, specify the existing WebLogic domain which is called PeopleSoft by default:
Specify the site name, the JOLT port, and the application server name. HTTP, HTTP/S ports, and the authentication domain are defined when the WebLogic domain is created.
The resulting URL would be the following:
http://web.applimation.com:8000/COMBINED/signon.html
And its requests would be routed to the tuxedo domain listening on port 9010.
