Configuring Legal Forms

You can configure the legal form field in Cloud Customer 360 to contain normalized data for business entity designations. You can also configure the legal form to contain words or phrases that frequently occur in company names. You can configure legal forms by editing the legal form custom settings.
  1. Based on the Salesforce environment that you use, perform one of the following tasks:
    • In Salesforce Classic, perform the following tasks:
      1. In the upper-right corner of the page, select your name, and click
        Setup
        .
      2. Under
        App Setup
        , click
        Develop
        Custom Settings
        .
    • In Lightning Experience, perform the following tasks:
      1. Click the quick access menu ( The image shows the quick access menu. 
						), and then click
        Setup Home
        .
        The
        Setup Home
        page appears.
      2. Under
        PLATFORM TOOLS
        , click
        Custom Code
        Custom Settings
        .
    The
    Custom Settings
    page appears.
  2. Select
    Manage
    for
    Legal Forms
    .
    The
    Custom Setting Legal Forms
    page appears.
  3. To create a legal form, click
    New
    .
  4. In the
    Name
    field, enter the text that you want
    CC360
    to extract from the company norm field.
  5. In the
    Legal Form
    field, enter the text that you want
    CC360
    to use to populate the legal form field.
  6. Click
    Save
    .
