Synchronizing Salesforce Records with CC360 Overview

Synchronizing Salesforce Records with
CC360
Overview

You can synchronize
CC360
with Salesforce to migrate Salesforce records to
CC360
. You can perform
CC360
operations, such as duplicate records identification, consolidation, and data conversion on the migrated records.
When you synchronize the records for the first time,
CC360
creates beans and master beans for accounts and beans for other Salesforce objects. You can run the migrate batch jobs to synchronize the Salesforce records. You can also use a data loader such as Apex Data Loader to synchronize the Salesforce records.
For example, if you have 1000 accounts, 1000 contacts, and 1000 leads in a Salesforce organization, run the migrate batch jobs to create 3000 beans for all the records and 1000 master beans for the account records.
The migrate batch jobs use custom settings such as synchronization settings and performance settings. The synchronization settings define the mapping of fields from the standard and custom Salesforce objects to the
CC360
beans. If the record type is enabled in Salesforce, you can define synchronization settings specific to each record type of an object. The performance settings optimize the performance of data processing for
CC360
.
