Field Mapping

You can map columns from your source file to suitable business entities and relationships in Data Director.
The following image shows the source columns and the identified business entities:
Confidence icons are assigned to the most suitable business entities. The icons indicate the level of confidence associated with each business entity. You can accept or reject the business entities based on the confidence indicators.
The following table describes the confidence icons:
Confidence Icon
Description
Indicates a high level of confidence. All source columns are mapped to the business entities. You can manually review and accept the mapping.
Indicates a medium level of confidence. All source columns are mapped to the business entities with a moderate level of confidence. You can manually review and accept or reject the mapping.
Indicates a low level of confidence. All source columns are mapped to the business entities with a low level of confidence. You should reject the mapping.
