Assigning a Task Back to the Pool

Assigning a Task Back to the Pool

When a user in your user group is not available, you can send the user's tasks to the pool of unassigned tasks so that other users can claim them. The option to assign the tasks back to the pool is available only if the task belongs to another user.
  1. Click
    Task Manager
    .
    The task panel contains a list of tasks.
  2. In the task panel, select the task that you want to send to the pool.
    The record appears in the review panel
  3. In the review panel, click
    Task Details
    .
  4. Click
    Assign Back to Pool
    .
