If you agree with the edits and the task type permits you to approve changes, click
Approve. The ActiveVOS
®Server marks the related Final Review people activity as completed and performs the next activity in the process.
If you require more information to review the edits, click
Send Back. Type an explanation in the Comment box.
If you disagree with the one or more edits, click
Rejectand type an explanation in the Comment box. The
ActiveVOS Servernotifies the person who edited the record.
If you see other options in the menu, then your organization uses a custom business process. If the purpose of the option is not clear and your role permits access to the ActiveVOS console, you can open the process to understand the workflow. Otherwise, contact the person who created the business process.
To ask another person to review the proposed changes, click
Reassign, select the user, and type an explanation in the Comment box. The tasks are reassigned to the selected person.
If this option is not available, close the
More Actions...dialog box. From the
More Actions..., select
Edit, and then select the user from the
To return the tasks to the pool of available tasks, click
Disclaimand type an explanation in the Comment box. Users with the same role can take action on the tasks.
