Configuring Generated Libraries

When the Cleanse Functions tool generates a library, it creates a set of properties files in the
SIP_HOME/cleanse/lib
 directory with the following naming format:
siperian-cleanse-<servicename>_<functionname>.properties.new
File names must be unique (service name + function name) within this directory.
