Hiding the Default Record Views

Hiding the Default Record Views

After you design custom record views, hide the default record views to reduce confusion for your end users.
The default record views cannot be individually hidden.
  1. Click
    Configuration
    Application Editor
    .
  2. Select the IDD application you want to configure.
    The IDD application details appear in the tree view panel and in the properties panel.
  3. In the properties panel, clear the
    Display Default Records Views
    check box.
  4. Click
    Apply
    .
The names of the default record views do not appear as tabs in opened records in
Data Director
.
