Guidelines for Multiple Users to Collaborate

Guidelines for Multiple Users to Collaborate

When multiple users make concurrent changes, plan the tasks for each user to ensure that they don't update the same component. When multiple users update the same component, the tool retains the last published update. To view the changes published by another user, log out and log in to the tool.
When multiple users access the Provisioning tool, consider the following recommendations:
  • Ensure that each user has one active session.
  • Ensure that multiple users do not work on the same component or fields.
  • Ensure that the users save their updates frequently to avoid session timeout error.
