Using Bookmarked Searches

Using Bookmarked Searches

To reuse search criteria that have already been bookmarked:
  1. In the HM toolbar, click the
    Search
     button.
  2. On the
    Search for Data Objects
     screen, click the
    Bookmarks
     tab.
  3. To view search criteria for the bookmark, highlight the desired record from the list, and click
    Select
    .
    The
    Search for Data Objects
     window displays the search results for the bookmark in the Search tab.
  4. To view search results for the bookmark, click the
    Search
     button.
    The
    Search for Data Objects
     window displays the Results tab showing the results of the search associated with the bookmark.
