Editing Searchable Lookup Fields

Editing Searchable Lookup Fields

You can edit searchable lookup fields to add a Business Entity record as the field value.
To edit a searchable lookup field, perform the following steps:
  1. From the page that you want to edit, click the edit icon of the searchable lookup field.
    The
    Search Results
    page appears with the list of associated Business Entity records. The list of associated Business Entity records might be filtered if default values were specified in the filter fields in the portal configuration.
  2. Select the record that you want to specify as the searchable lookup field value.
  3. Optionally, to filter the list of records in the search results, enter a filter criteria in the Filters panel, and click
    Apply
    .
    The list of filtered records appears.
  4. Click
    OK
    .
    The selected Business Entity record appears as the field value of the searchable lookup field.
