Match Results

Match Results

When you perform an ad hoc match,
Supplier 360
generates the match results that contain details of the matched, unique, skipped and all records. You can review the match results to determine whether to import the system suggested records.
The match results show the following information:
  • Number of matched records
  • Number of unique records
  • Skipped records
  • All records

The following table describes the tabs of the Match Results panel:
Tab Name
Description
Matching Records
Lists the input records and the existing matched records as matched pairs and assigns a confidence level. For example, an import record with the last name 'Smith' and an existing record with the last name 'Smith' are assigned a 100% confidence level and paired together. You can click the confidence level score to view the match rules applied.
Unique Records
Lists the unmatched input records.
Skipped
Lists the records that are not processed by the system.
All Records
Lists the matched, unmatched and skipped records.
You can download the match reports as a Microsoft Excel file or a CSV file that lists the matched, unique and all records.
