Hi Deepak Damodarr,

Thanks for reaching out! To open the Secure Agent Manager from the Window Start menu, you can select Start > Informatica Cloud Secure Agent (folder) > Informatica Cloud Secure Agent. You can also type "Informatica Cloud Secure Agent" into the Windows search box, and open it from there.

If you still don't see it, try selecting Show hidden icons in the Windows task bar. (If the Secure Agent Manager is already running, the icon might appear with the hidden icons.) The icon for the Secure Agent Manager looks like a little cloud with the letter "i" in the middle.

When the Secure Agent Manager dialog box opens, you should see the RestartStop, and Proxy buttons, which stop & restart, stop, and allow you to configure proxy information, respectively.
