Quick Start for HTTPS

Quick Start for HTTPS

HTTPS uses a signed SSL certificate to encrypt an HTTP connection between a server and a client. Follow the steps below to create, sign and setup an SSL certificate for use with the
Managed File Transfer
HTTPS server.
  1. Create an SSL certificate in the Default Private Keystore.
  2. Generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) for the newly created SSL Certificate.
  3. Import the CA Reply and any required root (primary) and secondary certificates.
  4. Set the key alias name for the signed certificate on the SSL tab of the HTTPS/AS2 Listener.
  5. Restart the HTTPS/AS2 service on the Service Manager page.
