Event Actions

Event Actions

You can perform actions on events from the
Event List
page based on the event status, state, or other requirements in your organization.
You cannot perform any actions on File events.
The following table describes actions that you can perform on events:
Action
Description
Reprocess
Applicable to subscription events in a final state.
Reprocesses the
documents
subscription
of the selected event.
When you reprocess a Subscription event, a new Subscription child event is created with a Reprocessed status. The Subscription event is a child event of the Publication event that

generated for the publication that the subscription consumes.
When you reprocess a Subscription event that is associated with a Compound Subscription event, other Subscription events that are associated with the Compound Subscription are not reprocessed.
Resend
Resends the target documents of the selected event.
Change event status
Changes the status of the selected events in the Change Event Status pop-up window.
Release
Releases the selected delayed events.
Discard
Discards all of the selected events. The status of the selected events is changed to Discarded, but the events are not deleted.
Export event list to a CSV file
Creates a .csv file that contains all of the events in the event list. You can then convert the file to Excel format.
